Shipping Coverage

NARCC processes and ships orders both within India and to select international destinations. International availability may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, and applicable regulations. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs procedures and additional clearance timelines beyond NARCC’s control.

Order Confirmation and Processing

All orders placed on the NARCC website are reviewed and confirmed within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order confirmation signifies that payment has been received and the order has entered processing. Confirmation does not imply immediate dispatch, as preparation timelines may vary depending on product type and order volume.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Once confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines generally range from three (3) to ten (10) days from the date of dispatch. Delivery duration may vary based on destination, courier operations, customs clearance for international orders, weather conditions, or other external factors. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Payment and Shipping Charges

All orders placed with NARCC must be prepaid using the authorised payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed prior to order completion. Any free-shipping promotions or special shipping offers will be clearly communicated and remain subject to their stated conditions.

Shipment Tracking and Customer Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or SMS where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring availability at the delivery address. NARCC is not responsible for delays caused by recipient unavailability or failure to respond to courier delivery attempts.

Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, customers are required to contact NARCC support promptly for assistance. Resolution, including re-dispatch, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional charges.

Damaged Shipments

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery. NARCC does not assume responsibility for external packaging damage, courier mishandling, or minor cosmetic wear to the outer parcel. Claims will be reviewed only when the internal product is completely damaged or rendered unusable upon arrival. Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions regarding replacements or refunds remain at the sole discretion of NARCC.

Delays and Force Majeure

NARCC shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs inspections, natural events, strikes, regulatory actions, or other force majeure situations.
